  • Chinese Medicinal Nutrition

    Chinese dietary therapy views food by nutrients and energetic qualities, aiming to balance Yin-Yang and the Five Elements and influence body energy flow. It enables personalised plans based on individual constitution.

    Lindsay has dedicated years to studying Chinese medicinal and naturopathic nutrition and teaches Chinese Medicinal Nutrition at the Northern College of Acupuncture.

  • Chinese Medicinal Aromatherapy

    Chinese medicinal aromatherapy (acuromatherapy) uses essential oils and flower essences to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Different aromas can be warming, cooling, uplifting, or grounding and help release physical and emotional tension, support organ function, and enhance overall emotional and physical wellbeing.

    Lindsay applies these essential oils directly to specific acupuncture points to amplify their therapeutic effect and promote deeper, more integrated healing.

  • Equine Acupressure

    Combining Lindsay’s BSc Equine Science with her BSc in Acupuncture to provide acupressure for animals.

    This non-invasive and non-manipulative therapy applies gentle pressure is to specific points along meridians to balance energy, promote healing, and support overall health and performance.
